"Tracy did an outstanding job with our new store design for our second Runner’s Edge location in Huntington, NY. Our first group phone call addressed the teams individual wants and needs. Amazingly two days later we received a very extensive and comprehensive file of her vision for all areas of the store including dressing rooms and bathroom. It was complete with photos, visuals, color charts, measurements and clickable links to her recommendations for the different items we needed to purchase. She had to work around the existing challenges that come with renovating a very old building but had several ideas and low cost alternatives and never sacrificed quality while keeping us within budget. Throughout the process she was very attentive and communicative, getting back to us immediately with all question and concerns that we had. It was extremely helpful to us that she kept us on schedule by suggesting when to order the different items in order to make our deadline. She was also very hands-on in implementing the design which involved painting, installing racks, arranging product, assembling furniture, and designing the front window space and shoe wall. There was no detail that was overlooked. With the help of one of her staff they set up our entire store. As a highly trained artist and designer she has a superb eye for design and detail. Her creative and design skills are second to none and she is an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend working with Tracy for any project you have that needs to be outstanding.
